These are just a few of the many redundancies and duplicative measures to ensure your system is being monitored at all times.

People- Being a 5-diamond CSAA (Central Station Association of America) is all about people. The 5-diamond designation recognizes only those central monitoring stations where 100% of the Operators are CSAA Certified Central Station Operators. Of the 3000 central stations across the US, less than 150 are 5-diamond certified.
